Launching the new Nutrien Rewards
Nutrien needed a new solution for its Nutrien Rewards program and commissioned Zinc to undertake a thorough review to identify opportunities to re-engage members, increase partner value and attract new members.
Zinc identified a number of key actions in order to deliver greater value - moving from annual redemption to an anytime redeemable model, an updated digital platform and customer interface, a refreshed rewards offering and more flexible rewards delivery options.
